How to hard-reset the ICA-5250V and ICA-5550V to factory default values.

To recover the default IP address and password, please follow the steps below:
(1) Remove the power and Ethernet cable. Press and hold the button as shown in the picture below.

(2) Power on the camera. Don’t release the button during the system booting.
(3) It will take around 30 seconds to boot the camera.
(4) Release the button when camera finishes process.
(5) Re-login the camera using the default IP (http://192.168.0.20). Username: admin, password: admin
