The PLANET Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) receives, assesses and coordinates the handling of potential security vulnerabilities affecting PLANET products. If you discover a potential vulnerability in a PLANET product, please send the relevant information to our dedicated PSIRT mailbox.

This channel is intended for product security vulnerabilities. For product configuration, operation, compatibility, maintenance or other general technical issues, please contact PLANET Technical Support.

Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure

PLANET encourages responsible and coordinated vulnerability disclosure. Before publishing readily actionable vulnerability details, please allow PLANET reasonable time to validate the issue, assess risk and develop appropriate remediation or mitigation.

For products within the scope of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), PLANET will handle vulnerabilities and applicable regulatory notifications in accordance with relevant requirements and its internal PSIRT process.
