[ICA-3250] Forgot the username and password.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Download the search tool: IP Finder II.
    http://www.planet.com.tw/en/product/images/48630/UT-IP%20Finder%20II_v1.0.zip
  2. Install and open the IP Finder II to search the camera.
  3. Select the camera and click the "Restore Factory" button to restore all settings to the factory default setting. By default setting, the username and password are both "admin".
