[IPOE-171-60W] Why couldn’t my PoE PD devices be powered on when connected to IPOE-171-60W? - FAQ

Please check the cable type of the connection from one end of the IPOE-171-60W to the other end. The cable should be an 8-wire UTP, Category 5e/6, EIA568 cable used within the distance of 100 meters. The power transmission will be affected if a cable with only 4-wire, short loop is used for a distance of over 100 meters.
Please check to make sure the device is fully complied with IEEE 802.3bt standard.
If the device is only complied with IEEE 802.3af/802.3at standard, power off the IPOE-171-60W, switch it to Legacy mode, power on the device again and then connect it to the device.
