[HDVR-435/835/1635] Why is there a red “PAL/NTSC Error” appearing in live view of local user interface?

[HDVR-435/835/1635]Please check whether the video standard (NTSC/PAL) setting is correct or not. You can go to Main Config→System→General→Video Standard of the Web UI to change setting. The factory default setting of video standard is NTSC.
