[IGS-801M(V2)] My device requires a 9K Jumbo Frame, but it can't communicate with the IGS-801M. What can I do?

Here are the steps:

1. By default, the IGS-801M supports 10K Jumbo Frame. Please follow the path to check it: Switching→Jumbo Frame. 

2. Please go to the DoS Global Setting by following the path: Security→DoS Global Setting.

    Please disable the ICMP Fragments and UDP Blat, and your device may communicate with the IGS-801M.
