[General] What are Class I and Class II for Fast Ethernet hubs?

Class I and Class II hubs are defined in IEEE 802.3u Fast Ethernet specifications. The most basic difference between them is that Class I repeaters cannot be cascaded, but Class II repeated can be cascaded two units deep. Class I means one hub per collision domain unless the devices are stackable or interconnect via a switch or a bridge/router.
