The following settings use a Google email address as an example for the sender email address.

 

 

 

For the sender email app password, please refer to the instructions below to obtain it.

1. Sign in to your Google Account.

2. Go to Google Account → Security.

3. Under "How you sign in to Google", verify that "2-Step Verification" is enabled.

4. Once 2-Step Verification has been enabled, locate and select "App passwords" in the same section.

5. Or open https://myaccount.google.com/apppasswords

6. Under "App passwords", create a new application name. Google will generate a 16-character App Password, for example:

abcd efgh ijkl mnop

7. Copy the generated App Password and enter it into the Sender Email App Password field.

8. Click "Save settings" to complete the configuration.

 When using this feature, customers can either set up their own server or use Webhook.site (the simplest method and recommended).

 

Steps

1. Open the website

    Webhook.site

 

2. The website will automatically generate a URL.

 

 

 

3. Paste this URL into the device's Webhook list.

 

 

4. Trigger a device event, such as Line Crossing Detection.

 

 

5. Go back to Webhook.site to check the result and click the POST entry on the left side.

 

 

6. Expand the Request Content section to view the message.

User is able to use Goolink App to monitor HDVR-435/HDVR-1635.

The Goolink setting steps follow below:

1. Install Goolink App

2. Add New Device

 

3. Select “Already connected to the network”

4. Input required information (Device Name, GID, Password, Channel No.) and then save configuration

 

Note: In the Web UI of HDVR, Go to “Main Config”Ò”System”Ò”NetService”Ò”Cloud” to find the Device ID (GID).

A :

There may be 4 reasons. Details are as follows:

a. The network is unreasonable sound?

    Solution : First you can connect network by PC, and check whether the network cable is good.

                       And check whether the network between the camera and the PC is good.

b. The IP address of the IP camera is occupied by another device or PC.

    Solution : You can connect the camera with your PC directly, and modify the IP address or use the IP search tool. 

c. The IP camera may be in another network segment?

   Solution : Check the IP address and net mask.

A :

Clear browser cache.

Step 1 : Open IE.

Step 2 : click “Tools” and select “Internet Options” to see “Temporary Internet files” and click “Delete Files”.

Step 3 : It will prompt a dialog you need to check “Delete all offline contents” and click “OK”. 

               Also you can click “Start” and select “Run” and then enter “cmd”, and “arp -d” in “Command Prompt” interface. Re-access the IP camera.

Close some options of IE.

Step 1 : Open IE

Step 2 : click “View” and select “Toolbar” to close the “Favorites bar”, “Status bar” and “Command bar”.
