When you want to use IR controller, you should press【DEV】key, input the DVR device ID (default is "88", can be changed in "Display" menu) and then press【ENTER】key. If the "STATUS" lamp of DVR front panel is turned into green, it means you can use IR controller to operate this DVR.

When connecting a network camera to a PC for the first time, a pop-up Security Warning window will appear prompting you to download ActiveX control. When using Windows XP, or Vista, log on with an appropriate account that is authorized to install applications.
Network congestion may prevent the Image screen from appearing quickly. You may choose lower resolution to reduce the required bandwidth.
It can allow maximum 10 users login at the same time. And every user can select different video compression and resolution to display.
