The video images might be noisy if the device is located in a very low light environment. Make the condition around the camera brighter or turn the white-light LED on.
As every IP camera provides a different image to the NVR and also requires different bandwidth, when the IP cameras are connected, you can check the IP camera connection status in on the NVR web page to adjust the IP camera configuration. The maximum aggregated bandwidth for the NVR-3280 is 200Mbps (including incoming/outgoing bandwidth). When the bandwidth is over 200Mbps, recording frame rate will be affected. When this situation happens, you are required to configure the connected IP camera settings on the NVR to reduce the system loading.
You can use the Setup Tool software which is contained in the bundled CD to search the ICA-700 and modify the basic configuration on your network.
Please install Microsoft®’s DirectX 9.0 or later and use the Windows Media Player 11.0 or later to play the AVI file recorded by the device.
When the NVR-3280 starts up, it will detect the VGA/USB port device. Please connect the monitor, USB keyboard and mouse to the NVR-3280 before powering it on.
The ICA-700 supports 10 concurrent users.
The maximum number of users is limited to 10. However, it also depends on the total bandwidth accessed to this device from clients. The maximum data throughput of the device is around 100~200Mbps for UDP mode and 50Mbps for HTTP mode. Therefore, the actual number of connected clients varies by streaming mode, settings of resolution, codec type, frame rate and bandwidth. Obviously, the performance of the each connected client will slow down when many users are logged on.
