Please check whether the video standard (NTSC / PAL) setting is correct or not. You can go to Main Menu -> System -> General -> Video Standard to change setting.
The factory default setting of video standard is NTSC.

The ICA-510 supports 10 concurrent users.

Please follow the steps below:
1) Re-power the device if the unit cannot be found within 1 minute.
2) Do not connect ICA-3200 over a router. IPInstaller program cannot detect device over a router.
3) If IP address is not assigned to the PC which is running IPInstaller program, then IPInstaller program cannot find device. Make sure that IP address is assigned to the PC properly.
4) Antivirus software on the PC might interfere with the setup program. Disable the firewall of the antivirus software during the setup of the ICA-3200.
5) Check the firewall setting of your PC or Notebook.

Besides the network interface, the ICA-510 also equips with an analog video out for connect CCTV system.

Make sure that your Internet Explorer is version 6.0 or later. If you are experiencing problems, try upgrading to the latest version of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer from the Microsoft webpage.

The ICA-510 is compliant with IEEE 802.3af PoE that either mid-span PSE (PIN 1-2-3-6) or end-span PSE (PIN 4-5-7-8) supported.

The VC-202A can operate on both 50 ohm (RG-58) and 75 ohm (RG-59/RG-6) coaxial cable.
