Yes, the ICA-E3550V/ICA-E5550V can be remotely viewed via iPhone and Android Phone.

You can use the IP Utility which can be downloaded from PLANET website to search the ICA-E3550V/ICA-E5550V on your network.

Please refer to the process below:
- Choose a verified player (PacketVideo, VLC media player or RealPlayer currently).
- Use the following default URL to access: rtsp://IP-Address/v3
And then you can view the ICA-5260V from iPhone or Android phone.

To recover the default IP address and password, please follow the steps below:
- Remove the power and Ethernet cable. Press and hold the button as shown in the picture below.
- Power on the camera. Don't release the button during the system booting.
- It will take around 30 seconds to boot the camera.
- Release the button when camera finishes process.
- Re-login the camera using the default IP (http://192.168.0.20); username: admin and password: admin

You can use the camera utility which is contained on the User’s Manual CD to search the ICA-5260V on your network.
