Generally the wireless distance can go up to 100 meters indoors and up to 300 meters outdoors.
The range are limited by the number of walls, ceilings, or other objects that the wireless signals must pass through.
Typical ranges vary depends on the types of materials and background Radio Frequency (RF) noise in your home or business and the configuration setting of your network environment.
The ICA-HM316W has fully support WEP, WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK encryptions properly.
Please follow the steps below ：
1) Unplug the power jack to turn off the power of the camera.
2) Insert a pin into the reset hole in red. Keep pressing the button until instructed to release.
3) Plug in the power jack to turn on the device and in about few seconds, the LED status indicator will be flashing quickly.
4) Release the button (remove the pin from the reset hole). The camera should now be back to factory default
The Internet Camera is not weatherproof. It needs to be equipped with a weatherproof case to be used outdoors and it is not recommended.
Maybe NAT router does not support UPnP function. Please check user’s manual of router and turn on UPnP function.
Check the IP address of the device by using PLANET IPInstaller program or by UPnP discovery or setting the device to default by reset button.
The Internet Camera uses Category 5 UTP cable allowing 10 Base-T and 100 Base-T networking.
