It means the account you registered in Google Internet service. By using “Google Account” to log-in CloudLync, you can omit key-in process while CloudLync gets authorization from you to use user name and pass code as authentication. CloudLync is allowed to use your “Google Drive” as the storage space of event recording.
Power 1 and Power 2 that did not connect synchronously will make fault output.

Each particular camera can only be added to one account once.
Check whether the DC power adaptor, included in the package, is used. Secure the power connector and re-power it on. If the status still does not light up, check whether PoE switch is working or not.
The ICA-500 is not weatherproof. It needs to be equipped with a weatherproof case for outdoors installation. Please check with our local dealer for the ICA-500 accessory. An outdoor protection housing like PLANET ICA-5DH can be used for outdoor application. However, equipped with a weatherproof case will weaker or even disable the audio function of ICA-500.
You must use CloudLync App instead of general QR Code Reader App to bind camera.
