If a firewall exists on the network, port 80 is open for ordinary data communication. The HTTP port and RTSP port need to be opened on the firewall or NAT router.
Check and confirm that the standard AC adaptor, included in packaged, is used. Secure the power connector and re powers it on again.
If the problem is not solved, the ICA-500 might be faulty. Contact your dealer for further
help.
There is no limitation.
By default, both username and password are admin.
Note that it’s all case sensitivity.
Follow the steps below:
1. Restore the factory default setting by press pressing and holding down more than 8 seconds when power on ICA-500.
2. Reconfigure the ICA-500.
Log-in setup of camera by browser, enter Audio Setup Page, either uncheck the “Microphone boost” or lower “Playback Volume” to ease the situation. And/or adjust the angle of the speaker away from the front microphone to avoid negative feedback.
Follow the steps below to restore to default setting:
1. Restore the factory default setting by pressing and holding down the reset button for more than 5 seconds.
2. Reconfigure the device.
