Make sure that your Internet Explorer is version 11. If you are experiencing problems, try adding the camera’s IP address to the IE11’s compatible list.
Maybe the NAT router does not support the UPnP function. Please check user’s manual of router and turn on the UPnP function.
Maybe too many IP cameras have been installed on the LAN, and then the NAT router is out of resource to support more cameras. You could turn off and on the NAT router to clear the out-of-date information inside the router.
Go to C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files and check to see if there is an entry for the file "IP Camera Control". The status column should show "Installed". If the file is not listed, make sure your Security Settings in Internet Explorer are configured properly and then try reloading the device’s home page. Most likely, the ActiveX control was not downloaded and installed correctly. Check your Internet Explorer security settings and then close and restart Internet Explorer. Try to browse and log in again.
