Maybe NAT router does not support UPnP function. Please check user’s manual of router and turn on UPnP function.

Maybe too many IP cameras have been installed on the LAN, and then NAT router is out of resource to support more cameras. You could turn off and on NAT router to clear out of date information inside router.

Check whether RJ45 cable is connected to PoE switch and PoE module of the ICA-2250VT.

The RTSP command: rtsp://username:password@IP:rtsp_port/stream1
(If you want to play stream2, please input "stream2".)

Maximum 15 meters - CAM-IR15, 30 meters - CAM-IR30. Please note: the mentioned ranges are indicated as a quick guide and the actual results depend on reflectivity of the scene, light source, weather conditions, etc.
