The log file can be seen from remote PC using IE browser.
Suppose the DVC PC's IP address is 192.168.123.12, type http://192.168.123.12/log/dvrlog.php on a remote PC to see the log.

The Horizontal Resolution of CAM-IR554 is 540 TV lines , but The Horizontal Resolution of CAM-IR554(V2) is already up to 600 TV lines.

1. Re-power the device if the unit cannot be found within 1 minute.

2. Do not connect the device over a router as PLANET IP Wizard II program cannot detect the device over a router.

3. If the IP address is not assigned to the PC which runs PLANET IP Wizard II program, then PLANET IP Wizard II program cannot find the device. Make sure that the IP address is assigned to the PC properly.

4. Antivirus software on the PC might interfere with the setup program. Disable the firewall of the antivirus software during setting up this device.

5. Check the firewall setting of your PC or notebook.

It can be done from remote PC using IE browser.
Suppose the DVC PC's IP address is 192.168.123.12, type http://192.168.123.12/rmapi/misc/screen-snapshot on a remote PC to see the picture.

You have to make sure your PC had support two VGA outputs, no matter you are install one or two VGA card. Notebook that support dual screen support is also accepts.

For example, assuming we install one VGA card (Model: xxxxxxx) in the test PC , this VGA card provides 4 VGA outputs , so we can use two of them for Dual monitor function for CVP/CVP-Mx .Where VGA 1 can be Recording and VGA2 for Playback.

If your VGA card has it’s utility, you may use the utility to enable the secondary monitor.

Please pay attention for different VGA cards:
1. VGA card has one VGA output. Please make sure your mainboard can install two VGA cards and drive them work with two monitors at the same time.
2. VGA card has two VGA outputs. Please make sure those VGA outputs can work at the same time. Especially the VGA connectors are different (one D-Sub, one DVI).
3. VGA card has more then two outputs. Please make sure it can work with two monitors at the same time.

Check and confirm that the DC power adaptor, included in packaged, is used. Secure the power connector and re-power it on again. If IVS-H125P need check PoE switch work is.

1. Network may have trouble. Confirm the parameters and connections of the device.

2. Please confirm whether username or password are correct.
