ICA-230/M230 is with IR feature, it has to work with IR pass lens. This kind of lens will allow the IR passed in night, but it will make the screen looks a little bit red, this is normal. 3. If IP address is not assigned to the PC which running PLANET IP Wizard II program, then PLANET IP Wizard II program cannot find device. Make sure that IP address is assigned to the PC properly.
4. Antivirus software on the PC might interfere with the setup program. Disable the firewall of the antivirus software during setting up this device.
