1. Wrong power line frequency makes images flicker. Make sure it is the 50 or 60Hz format of your device.
2. If the object is dark, the image will flicker. Make the condition around the camera brighter.
Network may have trouble. Confirm the parameters and connections of the device.
The video images might be noisy if the device is located in a very low light environment. Make the condition around the camera brighter or go to Camera->Picture modify ICR to manual let video into night mode.
Maybe NAT router does not support UPnP function. Please check user’s manual of router and turn on UPnP function.
Please install Microsoft®’s DirectX 9.0 or later and use the Windows Media Player 11.0 or later to play the AVI file recorded by the device.
For our NVR, there are two ports need to be forward by default, which is web port 80 and streaming port 9877. If necessary, it can be changed in “Network setting” page of the NVR.
Maybe too many IP cameras have been installed on the LAN, and then NAT router is out of resource to support more cameras. You could turn off and on NAT router to clear out of date information inside router.
