1. Wrong power line frequency makes images flicker. Make sure the 50 or 60Hz format of your device is there.
2. If the object is dark, the image will flicker. Make the environment around the Camera brighter.

The ICA-HM220W can send JPEG/AVI files via FTP, SMTP and SD care when motion detected.
The video images might be noisy if the device is located in a very low light environment. Make the environment around the camera brighter or turn the red-light LED on.
If a firewall exists on the network, port 80 is open for ordinary data communication. The HTTP port and RTSP port need to be opened on the firewall or NAT router.
