Maybe the NAT router does not support the UPnP function. Please check user’s manual of router and turn on the UPnP function.
Please installed Microsoft®’s DirectX 9.0 or later and uses the Windows Media Player 11.0 or later to play the AVI filed recorded by the Device.
Set up the IE security settings or configure the individual settings to allow downloading and scripting of ActiveX controls.
Maybe too many IP cameras have been installed on the LAN, and then the NAT router is out of resource to support more cameras. You could turn off and on the NAT router to clear the out-of-date information inside the router.
After setup wireless parameters completed and reboot system. It needs to remove the network cable from IP Camera when appear the prompt window, so that just could connect to wireless network.
