  1. Your connection to the device does not have enough bandwidth to support a higher frame rate for the streamed image size. Try reducing the video streaming size to 160 x 120 or 320 x 240 and disable audio.
  2. Audio will consume 32 kbps. Disable audio to improve video. Your Internet connection may not have enough bandwidth to support streaming audio from the device.

Yes, the ICA-3250V supports view by iPhone and Android Phone. Please use your iPhone or Android Phone’s browser, and key-in the ICA-3250V IP-Address, then you will view the ICA-3250V video screen.

Maybe too many IP cameras have been installed on the LAN, and then NAT router is out of resource to support more cameras. You could turn off and on NAT router to clear out of date information inside router..

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Default gateway and DNS server address should be set up correctly.
  2. If FTP does not work properly, ask your ISP or network administrator about the transferring mode of the FTP server.

Please follow below steps to factory default ICA-3250V
1. Remove the power and Ethernet cable.
2. Take an electronic wire, plug one side of the wire into "Default" and the other side into "GND" on the terminal block as the picture below.

3. Connect power to the camera again. It takes around 30 seconds to boot the camera.
4. Remove the wire and plug in the Ethernet cable after the camera finishes booting.
5. Use the IPInstaller utility to search your ICA-3250V.
6. Re-login the camera using the default IP (http://192.168.0.20), and user name (admin), password (admin)

Please follow the steps below :
1) Please notice you have to enable the audio setting in this page, if the voice is not very clear at the PC side, please adjust the Mic gain.

2) After check the audio setting, please make sure the system time as same as your PC, you can choose the selection “Synchronize with NTP Server” to calibrate the time of the camera.

3) After seted the system time, go to the Home page to enable the audio selection, then the audio should be work fine.
