You can use the media player software like VLC, real player, KMPlayer or Quick time to get the RTSP stream, fill the command as below in the URL column and the RTSP streaming will displayed.
RTSP://camera_ip:port/stream1

Check the IP address of the device by using PLANET IP Finder II program or restore the device to default by pressing the hardware reset button for over 10 seconds.

Please go to Focus and press Auto Focus to adjust the focus automatically. If the image is already bad, you could press Focus/Zoom to adjust the focus manually.

The ICA-3250V can send JPEG/AVI files via FTP, SAMBA, and email when motion detected.

Due to the chipset setting limit reason, please try to adjust the resolution to under 720P of H.264 then the MJPEG will displayed.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Re-power the device if you cannot find the unit within 1 minute.
   
2. Do not connect device over a router. PLANET IP Finder II program cannot detect device over a router.
   
3. If IP address is not assigned to the PC that is running PLANET IP Finder II program, then PLANET IP Finder II program cannot find device. Make sure that IP address is assigned to the PC properly.
   
4. Antivirus software on the PC might interfere with the setup program. Disable the firewall of the antivirus software during setting up this device.
   
5. Check the firewall setting of your PC or Notebook.

The RTSP command: rtsp://IP/media/media.amp?streamprofile=Profile1.
If user wants to play profile 2, please input "Profile2".
