Please contact the local service or PLANET technical support service for the service according to the machine type and the program edition.

When the current resolution of the channel is over the limit, the system will show red “X” on the screen. Firstly, please adjust video settings of the camera with H.264 compression, 1280 x 720 resolutions, 30fps, constant bit rate (CBR) and 2048kbps for main-stream. Next, confirm sub-stream of the camera is enabled. The video settings with H.264 compression, 640 x 480 resolutions, 30fps, CBR and 1024kbps for sub-stream are recommended.

Adjust video standard (PAL/NTSC) of HDVR and camera. Confirm the settings in HDVR and camera are consistent.

A :

 Please check the following possible reasons:  

  • Did not add device.
  • The device of related channel was not enabled.
  • The device of related channel was not selected.
  • The selected device did not connect to video sources.
  • The channel title of selected remote device does not exist.
  • Stream for remote channel was set by extra stream.
  • User name and password were not matched.
  • Entered IP address or port no. incorrectly when adding device.
  • The resolution of added device was too large to display by the monitor.

When the NVR-3250 starts up, it will detect the VGA/USB port device, please connect the monitor, USB keyboard and mouse on the NVR-3250 before power it on.

A :

If a firewall exists on the network, port 80 is open for ordinary data communication. The HTTP port and RTSP port need to be opened on the firewall or NAT router.

A :

Check and confirm that the DC power adaptor, included in packaged, is used. Secure the power connector and re-power it on again.
