Default Gateway and DNS server address should be set up correctly. If FTP does not work properly, ask your ISP or network administrator about the transferring mode of FTP server.
If a firewall exists on the network, port 80 is open for ordinary data communication. The HTTP port and RTSP port need to be open on the firewall or NAT router.
