Please go to Focus and press Auto Focus to adjust the focus automatically. If the image is already bad, you could press Focus/Zoom to adjust the focus manually.

Use the L-type spanner in the bundled package to unscrew the cover.
Loosen the focus fixed screw, and rotate the lens counter-/clockwise to adjust focus; loosen the tilt fixed screw, and adjust the camera’s tilt angle. You could get detail descriptions on the user’s manual. Without loosen the pan/tilt fix screw and adjust with violent could damage the lens.

Make sure that your Internet Explorer is version 6.0 or later. If you are experiencing problems, try upgrading to the latest version of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer from the Microsoft webpage.

1. Please fill out the ICA-W3250V’s IP address in the address bar of IE browser; install active X (only first-time use) to view ICA-W3250V’s video.
   
2. The iOS app is the iCV3h and the Android app is the aCV3h. Please install the app on your smart phone.

The RTSP command: rtsp://IP/media/media.amp?streamprofile=Profile1.
If user wants to play profile 2, please input "Profile2".

The Reset button at the side of lens. Use the L-type spanner in the bundled package to unscrew the cover at first, and press the button with a proper tool to default setting.

Maybe NAT router does not support UPnP function. Please check user’s manual of router and turn on UPnP function.
