Maybe NAT router does not support UPnP function. Please check user’s manual of router and turn on UPnP function.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Download the search tool: IP Finder II.

2. Install and open the IP Finder II to search the camera.
   
3. Select the camera and click the "Restore Factory" button to restore all settings to the factory default setting. By default setting, the username and password are both "admin".

You can control the OSD menu by buttons of front panel, IR remote controller and USB mouse.

Because the ICA-4500V series needs about two minutes to stop recording procedure. Please wait for two minutes later to enable you to run unmount SD card.

When a PC connects to network camera for the first time, a pop-up Security Warning window will appear asking you to download ActiveX Controls. When using Windows XP, or Vista, log on with an appropriate account that is authorized to install applications.
Network congestion may prevent the image screen from appearing quickly. You may choose lower resolution to reduce the required bandwidth.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Download and install the search tool: IP Finder II.

2. Check the IP address of the device by using PLANET IP Finder II program.

You need to use the mouse which equips with the wheel. Some functions need this third button. For more detail configuration, please refer page 10-12 of user manual (Chapter 3.4 Mouse Control)
