At first, please check the camera’s type, such as NTSC or PAT and then adjust the correct system type on the rear panel of DVR before turning the power on. After that, the display can show up normally.
Please be noted, the DVR-462 and DVR-1672 has NTSC/PAL switch on the rear panel and the DVR-872 can detect automatically.

Username = admin and password = admin.
Note that it’s all case sensitivity.

Please execute "Save & Reboot" function of “System” to take effect after changing settings of camera.

Please follow the steps below:

1. When the PC connects to Internet camera for the first time, a pop-up Security Warning window will appear to enable to download ActiveX control. When using Windows XP, or Vista, log on with an appropriate account that is authorized to install applications.
   
2. Network congestion may prevent the Image screen from appearing quickly. You may choose lower resolution to reduce the required bandwidth.

The DVR suppor 5 users including 1 administrator user authority selectable.

Follow the steps below.
1.Restore the factory default setting by press pressing and holding down more than 5 seconds on the device.
2.Reconfigure the device.

P2P is a new function and reserved for usage in the future. The function is not available now.
