If a firewall exists on the network, port 80 is open for ordinary data communication. The HTTP port and RTSP port need to be opened on the firewall or NAT router.

Maybe NAT router does not support UPnP function. Please check user’s manual of router and turn on UPnP function.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Power on the camera. Wait for 2 minutes until it is ready.
  2. Press and hold the hardware reset button for at least 5 seconds or until the Power LED lights are off, and then release the button.
  3. It will take around 2 minutes to boot the camera.

Re-login the camera using the default IP (http://192.168.0.20), and enter "admin" for both username and password.

A: Yes, the ICA-HM316W supports view by iPhone and Android Phone. Please use your iPhone or Android Phone’s browser, and key-in the ICA-HM132 IP-Address, then you will view the ICA-HM132 video screen.

Make sure that your Internet Explorer is version 6.0 or later. If you are experiencing problems, try upgrading to the latest version of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer from the Microsoft webpage.

Please follow the steps below:
1) Unplug the power jack, and then press and hold the reset button.
2) Power on the camera. Don’t release the button during the system booting. It will take around 30 seconds to boot the camera.
3) Release the button (remove the pin from the reset hole). The camera should now be back to factory default.
4) Login the camera using the default IP (http://192.168.0.20). Username: admin, password: admin.
