Go to C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files and check to see if there is an entry for the file "IPCamera Control". The status column should show "Installed". If the file is not listed, make sure your Security Settings in Internet Explorer are configured properly and then try reloading the device’s home page. Most likely, the ActiveX control did not download and install correctly. Check your Internet Explorer security settings and then close and restart Internet Explorer. Try to browse and log in again.
Make sure that your Internet Explorer is version 8.0 or later. If you are experiencing problems, try upgrading to the latest version of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer from the Microsoft webpage.
Please follow the steps below:
1) Restore the factory default setting by pressing and holding down the Reset button for more than 3 seconds on the device, and
2) Reconfigure the device.
Check the IP address of device by using the PLANET IP Wizard II program or by UPnP discovery or set the device to default by the Reset button.
Please install Microsoft®’s DirectX 9.0 or later and use the Windows Media Player 11.0 or later to play the AVI file recorded by the Device.

The maximum number of users is limited to 2. However, it also depends on the total bandwidth accessed to this device from clients. The maximum data throughput of the device is around 20~25Mbps for UDP mode and 10Mbps for HTTP mode. Therefore, the actual number of connected clients is varying by streaming mode, settings of resolution, codec type, frame rate and bandwidth. Obviously, the performance of the each connected client will slow down when many users are logged on.
