It needs about two minutes to stop recording procedure. Please wait for two minutes later and then run unmount SD card.

Two channels (e.g., CH1 and CH2) are divided into a group sequentially and adopt the same resolution decoding. The supported resolution of two cameras must be the same. For example, when CH1 camera’s resolution is AHD 1080p and CH2 camera’s resolution is 960H, it is not recommended.

The RTSP command: rtsp://username:password@IP:rtsp_port/stream1
(If you want to play stream2, please input "stream2".)

Please follow the steps below ：
1)Default Gateway and DNS server address should be set up correctly.
2)If FTP does not work properly, ask your ISP or network administrator about the transferring mode of FTP server

Maybe NAT router does not support UPnP function. Please check user’s manual of router and turn on UPnP function.

Maybe too many IP cameras have been installed on the LAN, and then NAT router is out of resource to support more cameras. You can turn off and on NAT router to clear out date information inside router.

In Win7 and Vista OS, an administrator is needed to run IE normally. Please go to Start menu and select IE run as administrator.
