Please refer to the following steps to reset the password.

Step 1. Press and hold the reset button for about 13 seconds. All LEDs (such as power/LAN) will go dark twice.

Step 2. Open the tool to search and the ICA-HM220W would load default.

The maximum number of users is limited to 20. However, it also depends on the total bandwidth accessed to this device from clients. The maximum data throughput of the device is around 100~200 Mbps for RTSP mode and 50Mbps for HTTP mode. Therefore, the actual number of connected clients is varying by streaming mode, settings of resolution, codec type, frame rate and bandwidth. Obviously, the performance of the each connected client will slow down when many users are logged on.

Please follow the instruction as below to check your network setting:
1) Please check the IP address of IP Camera again.
2) Please make sure the network cable is correctly connected to your local area network.
3) Please make sure power cable is correctly connected to IP Camera.
Please make sure IP Camera is switched on (the LED lights on IP Camera will light up).

Please follow the steps below ：
1) Check and confirm that the DC power adaptor, included in packaged, is used. Secure the power connector and re-power it on again.
2) If the problem is not solved, the device might be faulty. Contact your dealer for further help.
