Please installed Microsoft®'s DirectX 9.0 or later and use the Windows Media Player 11.0 or later to play the AVI filed recorded by the Device.

If a firewall exists on the network, port 80 is open for ordinary data communication. The HTTP port and RTSP port need to be opened on the firewall or NAT router.

Please follow the steps below:

1) Re-power the device if the unit cannot be found within 1 minute.

2) Do not connect the ICA-3260 over a router as IPWizard II program cannot detect the device over the router.

3) If the IP address is not assigned to the PC running IPWizard II program, then IPWizard II program cannot find the device. Make sure that the IP address is assigned to the PC properly.

4) Antivirus software on the PC might interfere with the setup program. Disable the firewall of the antivirus software during the setup of the ICA-3260.

5) Check the firewall setting of your PC or Notebook.

Normally, NVR-400 will record with the best resolution without any configuration. When you play the recorded file in Windows Media Player, we will suggest you set the display screen size to full screen. Due to Windows Media Player will minify the playing video when it is not in full screen mode. So you will feel the video size is smaller than 640*480. You may move the mouse to the recorded video file and click mouse right key, then select “Properties” to check the video file information as below. You can check the Image information to make sure the record file image size.

Maybe too many IP cameras have been installed on the LAN, and then the NAT router is out of resource to support more cameras. You could turn off and on the NAT router to clear the out-of-date information inside the router.

The IVS-H125 supports PLANET Media Converter Chassis; it can easily fit to PLANET Media Convert Chassis model: MC-700, MC-1500 and MC-1500R. Please follow the steps below:
1. Remove and clear all the connections on the rear side of the IVS-H125.
2. Connect the powered analog camera to IVS-H125.
3. Carefully slide in the module until it is fully and firmly fitted into the slot of the chassis.
4. Once the Media Converter Chassis powered, the IVS-H125 power LED should turns on steady.

5. Connect an Ethernet cable to the LAN socket located on the IVS-H125’s panel and attach it to the network.

A :

The default IP address is 192.168.0.20, and you could use the Device Search utility on the bundled CD to obtain the current IP address of IP camera. Please refer to the user’s manual for more detail information.
