The ICA-HM315W has fully support WEP, WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK encryptions properly.
When stop continuous recording can’t run unmount SD card immediately. Because of ICA-5350V series need about two minutes to stop recording procedure. Please wait two minutes later then run unmount SD card.
Press and hold the reset button for over 3 seconds, and then the system will reboot automatically. After restarting, the password is restored to the factory default.
The RTSP command: rtsp://username:password@IP:rtsp_port/stream1
(If you want to play stream2, please input "stream2".)
Maybe NAT router does not support UPnP function. Please check user’s manual of router and turn on UPnP function.
Please upgrade the latest firmware version to ICA-4210P and ICA-3260. The earlier firmware version for ICA-4210P and ICA-3260 does not support motion with the NVR originally.
The first time the PC connects to Network Camera, a pop-up Security Warning window will appear to download ActiveX Controls. When using Windows XP, or Vista, log on with an appropriate account that is authorized to install applications.
Network congestion may prevent the Image screen from appearing quickly. You may choose lower resolution to reduce the required bandwidth.
