[ICA-3350V] Status LED does not light up.

A :

Please follow the steps below ：
1)Check and confirm that the DC power adaptor, included in packaged, is used. Secure the power connector and re-power it on again.
2)If the problem is not solved, the device might be faulty. Contact your dealer for further help.

[ICA-8500 / ICA-W8500] Some IP cameras are working while others aren’t.

A :

Maybe too many IP cameras have been installed on the LAN, and then NAT router is out of resource to support more cameras. You could turn off and on NAT router to clear out of date information inside router.

In order to avoid ONVIF compatibility issue, the third-party camera vendors must be a member of the ONVIF. In addition, the third-party cameras must be complied with ONVIF Profile S and their ONVIF test reports must be published on the ONVIF website.
Through ONVIF, some advanced functions like motion detection may not be supported because the ONVIF version and parameters may not be the same for NVRs and cameras.
