NVR-810/NVR-1610 supports Hardware Auto Power On function, it will detect the power status and power on automatically when it had been abnormal shot-down. This function is supported in hardware, so there is no need to do any setting for it.

Please follow the steps below ：
1)Restore the factory default setting by press pressing and holding down more than 5 seconds on the device.
2)Reconfigure the device.

Please use your iPhone’s or Android Phone’s browser and key-in the ICA-3550V’s IP address, and then you can view the ICA-3550V from iPhone or Android phone.

SD card cannot be unmounted immediately after continuous recording is stopped. This is because the ICA-8500 / ICA-W8500 series needs about two minutes to stop recording procedure. Please wait for two minutes before running unmount SD card.

Make sure that your Internet Explorer is version 6.0 or later. If you are experiencing problems, try upgrading to the latest version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer from the Microsoft webpage.

This NVR supports Playback function. You can just playback the video via web browser or through the management utility.

Check IP address of device by using the PLANET IP Wizard II program or by UPnP discovery or set the device to default by Reset button.
