You can use the camera utility which is contained on the User’s Manual CD to search the ICA-3550V on your network.

ePTZ is only supported in 720P resolution in primary stream. Please check whether the frame size in video settings is correct or not.

Go to C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files and check to see if there is three entries for the file "PLANET IPCamera Control", "ProfileAccessCtrl Class" and "PVideo Class". The status column should show "Installed". If the file is not listed, make sure your Security Settings in Internet Explorer are configured properly and then try reloading the device’s home page. Most likely, the ActiveX control did not download and install correctly. Check your Internet Explorer security settings and then close and restart Internet Explorer. Try to browse and log in again.

Yes, just make sure the NVR and IP cameras are connected to Internet properly. Then you can configure the NVR to record video from the IP cameras. However, be sure of sufficient bandwidth toward the cameras and the NVR.

Please follow the steps below :
1)Re-power the device if cannot find the unit within 1 minutes.
2)Do not connect ICA-3350V over a router. IPWizard program cannot detect device over a router.
3)If IP address is not assigned to the PC which running IPWizard program, then IPWizard program cannot find device. Make sure that IP address is assigned to the PC properly.
4)Antivirus software on the PC might interfere with the setup program. Disable the firewall of the antivirus software during setting up this ICA-3350V.
5)Check the firewall setting of your PC or Notebook.

The ICA-3550V supports 10 maximum concurrent users.
