Designed for stable transmission in security and control systems, PLANET will display Industrial Layer 3 Ring Managed Switches and Layer 3 802.3bt PoE++ 95W Managed Switch with Swappable Redundant Power System which offer 10Gbps fiber-optic connectivity, high power supply and ERPS ring protection to enable a high-speed and uninterrupted video surveillance network. The world’s first Flat-type 802.3bt PoE++ 95W switch with color touch LCD will also be presented with its user-friendly feature of network management in real time. It can automatically detect all of the ONVIF-compliant IP cameras at the network and easily manage the cameras by utilizing its floor map functions. Furthermore, PLANET EN50155 M12 Ethernet Switches provide bypass relay and cybersecurity features to ensure reliable data transmission and power supply for PoE powered devices like security cameras and wireless APs in the vibrating environment such as ITS network, railway system, moving vehicles or IIoT applications.
In the meantime, PLANET will showcase 5G NR and Wi-Fi 6 network solutions to seamlessly upgrade the current 4G to high-speed 5G network in indoors and outdoors. Aiming at outdoor and mobile communications in particular, PLANET will introduce the 5G NR IoT gateways and VPN routers which provide highly-efficient load balancing and strict information security to realize stable and secure surveillance network infrastructure for ITS, industrial automation or any harsh environment.
To enhance the management efficiency of multiple surveillance devices, PLANET’s Universal Network Management System (UNI-NMS), CloudViewer App and Renewable Energy Management Controllers support IT staff to remotely manage all network devices and monitor the PDs’ operation statuses. Thus, they are designed for both the enterprises and industries where deployments of PDs can be as remote as possible, without having to go to the actual location once a bug or faulty condition is found.
