PLANET’s unique Flat-type Industrial Ethernet switches, specifically designed for building and factory automation, will be demonstrated live at the show. These compact-size switches come with 95-watt PoE++, robust M12 Ethernet connector and intuitive Touch LCD to enhance industrial network reliability and uptime in harsh factory environments so as to meet the requirements of ITS and IIoT applications.

PLANET’s newest Industrial 5G NR Cellular Wireless and Fiber Gateway will be showcased for the first time at the Embedded World 2023. It’s specially designed for critical industrial environment to provide ultra-high-speed 5G and low-latency Wi-Fi 6 transmission. In addition, its high-bandwidth fiber optic design makes the deployments of 5G and IIoT networks easier and more flexible. PLANET 5G NR LoRa AIoT Communication Solutions will also be showcased for the first time. Integrated with 5G NR, LoRaWan, VPN and Dual-WAN features, the solution is able to provide reliable and flexible IoT networking in the WAN setting.

With its environmental sustainability practices, PLANET will be showcasing the unique network management solutions with renewable energy supply, including the Renewable Energy PoE+ Managed Switch (BSP-360) and Renewable Energy Management Controller (NMS-360) series, suitable for off-grid network establishment in urban and remote areas. The unique design not only delivers technological innovation but also reduces the carbon emission of network infrastructure, thus helping to enhance environmental sustainability.

Additionally, through PLANET’s Universal Network Management Central Controller (UNC-NMS), managing large-scale networks is no longer a problem. Equipped with the intuitive and interactive management interface, it’s able to manage up to 100 sites with over 100,000 connected devices. Thus, system administrators are able to quickly and remotely know the operational statuses of these devices, facilitating the acceleration of IoT, IIoT and various smart network applications. The UNC-NMS has been awarded “2023 Taiwan Excellence Award” for its innovative and sustainable designs.
