[IDL-2402] Can I use the telcon-50 cable (IDL-CBL-1) of IDL-2400/4800 to connect with IDL-2402 and Patch Panel (IDL-PAN-48)?

Yes, you can use the IDL-2400/4800 attached Telcon-50 cable for connection between IDL-2402 and IDL-PAN-48. But please noticed, the connector definition of IDL-PAN-48 is different when you connect with IDL-2400/2401/4800/4801 and IDL-2402. Please refer to the figure below for detail information.
