[CS-1000/2000] How to reset the CS-1000/2000 to the factory default setting?

1. In the original package of the unit, you would found a console cable. Please plug the cable into the console interface of CS-1000/2000 and your PC.

2. Start up your PC and choose the Hyper Terminal (Hypertrm.exe) from the program files

3. Configure the console interface to 9600, n, 8, 1. *CS-1000 is 115200, n, 8, 1

4. Connect to the CS-2000, and after few enter keys, it will prompt a login message 5. Just key in "itsecurity" for user name and password and it will prompt a command line.

5. In the command line, just key in command "reset".

Then, after initiated the system again, the CS-1000/2000 would go back to the factory default setting.
Finished the process above, you can access the CS-1000 with default IP 192.168.1.1 by the PC obtaining an ip from DHCP server, and then the username and password are the same default setting "admin".

Tips: we recommend you to backup the configuration after all the installation.
