[FGSD-1022HP] Why PoE power budget will be reduced to 130Watts automatically?

In default PoE setting Over Temperature Protection function is enabled, and PoE Temperature Threshold is set to 80 degree C. The PoE power budget will be reduced to 140Watts or 130Watts if PoE unit temperature over the PoE temperature threshold.
It is a feature for protecting Switch if environment temperature too high.
