[NVR-820 / NVR-1620] Why couldn’t snapshot be used in IE9 on Win7? When a snapshot was taken, a new tab opened, but the image was blacked out.
In Win7 and Vista OS, an administrator is needed to run IE normally. Please go to Start menu and select IE run as administrator.
