Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) is the simplest way to build connection between wireless network clients and the router, and there are two types of WPS: Push-Button Configuration (PBC), and PIN code.
You don’t have to select encryption mode and input a long encryption pass phrase every time when you need to setup a wireless client, you only have to press a button on wireless network client and the router, and then WPS will do the setup for you.
Make sure that your Internet Explorer is version 6.0 or later. If you are experiencing problems, try upgrading to the latest version of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer from the Microsoft webpage.

The maximum number of users is limited to 20. However, it also depends on the total bandwidth accessed to this device from clients. Therefore, the actual number of connected clients varies depending on streaming mode, settings of resolution, codec type, frame rate and bandwidth. Obviously, the performance of the each connected client will slow down when many users are logged on.
Go to C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files and check to see if there is an entry for the file “IPCamera Control”. The status column should show “Installed”. If the file is not listed, make sure your Security Settings in Internet Explorer are configured properly and then try reloading the device’s home page. Most likely, the ActiveX control did not download and install correctly. Check your Internet Explorer security settings and then close and restart Internet Explorer. Try to browse and log in again.
