Follow the steps below:
1. The lens is dirty or dust is attached. Fingerprints, dust, stain, etc. on the lens can degrade the performance camera. Clean the lens with lens cleaner.
2. Manual focusing may be setup on the external camera to prevent this.
3. Blurred images may have been registered when registering or modifying the preset button or home position button. Adjust the focus in manual focusing again.
4. The image may be out of focus, if the object is too near, or depending on the zoom position. Move the object off ICA-500, or adjust the zoom position.
5. Some objects are difficult to focus on by the camera. When the objects are still out of focus, adjust the focus using manual focusing, or change the objects using Pan/Tilt operation.

1. To insure the images you are viewing are the best they can be, set the Display property setting (color quality) to 16bit at least and 24 bit or higher if possible within your computer.
2. The configuration on the ICA-500 image display is incorrect. You need to adjust the image related parameters such as brightness, contrast, hue and saturation properly.
