Step1. Unplug the DC power. Press the reset button on the back panel.
Step2. Hole the reset button and connect the DC power
Step3. Keep pressing the reset button till all the LED on the front panel start to spark.
Step4. Release the reset button; wait while the LED starts sparking. Then the process is done and the device will be reset to factory default.

If a firewall exists on the network, port 80 is open for ordinary data communication. The HTTP port and RTSP port need to be open on the firewall or NAT router.

Please follow the steps below:

1) Your connection to the device does not have enough bandwidth to support a higher frame rate for the streamed image size. Try reducing the video streaming size to 160x120 or 320x240 and disable audio.

2) Audio will consume 32 kbps. Disable audio to improve video. Your Internet connection may not have enough bandwidth to support streaming audio from the device.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Re-power the device if you cannot find the unit within 1 or 2 minutes.
  2. Do not connect device over a router as PLANET IP Finder II program cannot detect device over a router.
  3. If there are two wired/wireless network cards on laptop, the IP Finder II cannot detect the camera; please disable the network card which is not connecting to the camera.
  4. If IP address is not assigned to the PC that is running PLANET IP Finder II program, then PLANET IP Finder II program cannot find the device. Make sure that IP address is assigned to the PC properly.
  5. Antivirus software on the PC might interfere with the setup program. Disable the firewall of the antivirus software during the setup of this device.
  6. Check the firewall setting of your PC or notebook.

A :

The ICA-HM350 can send JPEG/AVI files via FTP, SMTP and SAMBA server when motion detected.

You may use the default username and password. For example, username: admin, password: admin. After hold the reset button for factory default.

Please follow the steps below:

1) Default Gateway and DNS server address should be set up correctly.

2) If FTP does not work properly, ask your ISP or network administrator about the transferring mode of the FTP server.
