The maximum number of users is limited to 20. However, it also depends on the total bandwidth accessed to this device from clients. Therefore, the actual number of connected clients varies depending on streaming mode, settings of resolution, codec type, frame rate and bandwidth. Obviously, the performance of each connected client will slow down when many users are logged on.

NVR-401 can support up to 1.5TB per HDD.

When the NVR-3210 starts up, it will detect the VGA/USB port device, please connect the monitor, USB keyboard and mouse on the NVR-3210 before power it on.

1. Power on the camera and wait a while until the boot procedure is finished.
   
2. Press the hardware reset button for over 10 seconds, and release it.
   
3. Camera will reboot and restore to the factory default setting. The default user name and password are both admin.
