You can reset to factory default values via Web management (Maintenance page) or hold the reset button over 10 seconds on the rear panel of ICA-501.

Please follow the instruction as below to check your network setting:
1) Please check the IP address of IP Camera again.
2) Please make sure the network cable is correctly connected to your local area network.
3) Please make sure power cable is correctly connected to IP Camera.
Please make sure IP Camera is switched on (the LED lights on IP Camera will light up).

Set up the IE security settings or configure the individual settings to allow downloading and scripting of ActiveX controls.

Check the IP address of the device by using the PLANET IP Wizard II program or by UPnP discovery or set the device to default by the Reset button.

You can use the IP Wizard software which is contained in the User's Manual CD to search the ICA-501 on your network.

Please follow the steps below :
1) Check and confirm that the DC power adaptor, included in packaged, is used. Secure the power connector and re-power it on again.
2) If the problem is not solved, the device might be faulty. Contact your dealer for further help.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. The traffic of the network and the object of the image affect the frame rate. The network congestion causes frame rate to slow down than the setting.
  2. Check the bandwidth of internet connection. If the internet bandwidth is lower than target bit rate, the video streaming will not work correctly.
  3. Ethernet switching hub can smooth the frame rate.
