PLANET Awarded First Place for ‘2023 CommonWealth Talent Sustainability Award’

PLANET Technology, a global leading IP-based networking company, has been recognized for its effort in cultivating talent by achieving First Place among medium-sized enterprises in the ‘2023 CommonWealth Talent Sustainability Award’ firstly organized by the CommonWealth Magazine.

In 2022, new recruits who were over 50 years of age and women who were returning to the workforce reached 7% and 10%, respectively, of the total number of employees of the company. PLANET also hires more employees with disabilities than the number regulated by the government. In the last three years, female employees have accounted for more than 50% of the company. At the same time, valuing equal rights in the promotion, female holding mid to senior management position has increased yearly in the company. In 2022, the number of female supervisors reached 52.3% with a balanced ratio between male and female supervisors.
