Please go to "Channel Type" function of HDVR to select AHD-NH in Analog mode first and then connect cameras with BNC connectors of HDVR.

Yes, the ICA-HM316/316W supports view by iPhone and Android Phone. Please use your iPhone or Android Phone’s browser, and key-in the ICA-HM132 IP-Address, then you will view the ICA-HM132 video screen.

The Internet Camera is a stand-alone system connecting directly to an Ethernet or Fast Ethernet network. And ICA-100W also supports the wireless transmission based on the IEEE 802.11b standard.
It is different from the conventional PC Camera, the Internet Camera is an all-in-one system with built-in CPU and web-based solutions providing a low cost solution that can transmit high quality video images for monitoring.
The Internet Camera can be managed remotely, accessed and controlled from any PC/Notebook over the Intranet or Internet via a web browser.

Please follow below steps to factory default ICA-HM316W
1. Removing an Ethernet cable. (Please unplug the power, and remove the Ethernet cable too)
2. Plugging "a pink default cable" into "GND".

3. Plug power cable. (Plug in the power, please don’t plug the Ethernet cable.)
4. When camera starts again, please wait 10 seconds, then remove the pink default cable.
5. Then unplug the power, after 5sec, re-plug the power and plug Ethernet cable.
6. Use the IPInstaller utility to search your ICA-HM315W.
7. Re-login the camera using the default IP (http://192.168.0.20), and user name (admin), password (admin).

Maximum number of users that can log onto the Internet Camera at the same time is 64. Please keep in mind the overall performance of the transmission speed will slow down when many users are logged on.
